Chocolate sauce

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 2/3 cups white sugar
1 1/4 cups water
1 tbls butter
1 tsp vanilla extract

Boil the water, sugar and cocoa powder for two minutes, let cool a little and add butter and vanilla.

I will make half this at a time. It's for my new batch of vanilla ice cream. And I have started storing my recipes on here so I don't lose them.

It was very wrong, you know, to post this where any innocent little blogger of the rotund persuasion might see it and be tempted. Very wrong indeed. Just because I made a remark about Pop Tarts.
