G'day Maria. :)
Molte grazie for the complement - you made my morning!
Do I know you from the Slow travel website?
I am having such fun learning learning how to do digital scrapbooking. I'm so pleased that you are enjoying it too.
Ah Maria, I read blogs every morning while I sip my cappuccino made from Vittoria Espresso coffee. :)
Cappuccino time with Pyewacket
I've had eight other overseas trips, but Maria, this one with my son, well - it was something special!
I'm so glad I took up scrapbooking like this - thank God I could do it on the computer as I haven't got a crafty bone in my body. Yes, it's been my summer project. :)

Yes, Leslie, you know me from Slowtrav.
I check your blog every morning while sipping my cappuccino made with Lavazza Gusto e Crema.
I have been following your blog for a while and I think what lead me to it was when you were blogging while traveling with your son. It reminded me so much of the time my son met me in Italy and I had the pleasure of showing him around Rome, Florence and Venice. Nothing like seeing a country you love thru the eyes of a young first time traveler.
Your srapbooking work has inspired me to look up the pictures of that trip and organize them and maybe do something fun like you're doing. Maybe this can be my summer project when it's 115 degrees outside.
Your Mom's poem is lovely and very tender.
Ah, there's Pyewacket. I've followed and enjoyed reading his adventures in the Pet Blog. I wish I had a cat so that he could watch my husband make that first cappuccino but my two kids took the three house cats with them when they moved out. At least they left me with my darling 15 yr. old cocker.
The trip with my son was also very special. I wish I could go with him on another trip but now he's planning his honeymoon in France. Do you think he'll let me tag along? ;-)
