I've never been there but have read all of her books more than once. Have you ever read Isabella Dusi's book Vanilla Beans & Brodo? I bet you have but in case you haven't it's about an Australian woman & her husband who go to Italy to live and settle in Montalcino. Along similar line to Frances' books although not quite as entertainingly written.courtneycotton01@gmail.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13800100799965404408noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4735507205325790090.post-27616797196936224112008-01-16T09:25:00.000+11:002008-01-16T09:25:00.000+11:00it really is a special shrine. I love the rain, and especially the hot, humid summer days that are followed by a cool early-evening shower...this week looks like being pretty overcast, though - time to pull out the cognac!Islayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08609459762727978169noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4735507205325790090.post-36352810264679562232008-01-14T07:57:00.000+11:002008-01-14T07:57:00.000+11:00All your photos are so lovely, I cannot wait to se...All your photos are so lovely, I cannot wait to see Italy.
